Dany Mezher, CEO of the IMPACT Group has over 30 years of experience in architectural design and operations within the Middle East and Africa, he has been with the company since it’s establishment in 1988 in Lebanon and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business including the design studio. Spreading Impact‘s growth, Dany led the company to expand it is operations to the UAE in 2004. He has since successfully set up four subsidiary companies in UAE, Lebanon and Africa

Elie & Georges have been managing operations for Impact group for the past 25 years with experience in operating in all the group sectors, their leadership has contributed towards the expansion of the group and growth and entries to new markets. Their leadership has led the Impact team to deliver high profile projects with quality and dedication. Maintaining the group's vision and mission, their commitment has driven the company to meet the goals and expand by team size and operations.
